Qualifications

• 10+ years of wastewater operations leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and environmental compliance
• Experience with SCADA, instrumentation and controls in utility operations
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams across multiple facilities
• Ability to manage budgets, safety programs, and capital projects

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operations of multiple wastewater treatment facilities and collection systems
• Mentor and develop operators and field personnel
• Ensure compliance with state and federal environmental regulations
• Monitor processes, system performance and efficiency
• Oversee lift stations, force mains and sewer assets
• Manage operating budgets, maintenance programs and inventories
• Support capital projects and facility expansions
• Coordinate with engineers, regulators and executive leadership
• Promote a strong safety culture and emergency preparedness
• Serve as technical resource for operations and process challenges
