This leadership role manages a 30+ person team, shapes the practice strategy, and drives growth across the region in a highly visible capacity.

The Director will oversee a strong backlog, expand market share, and influence hiring, business planning, and long-term direction while collaborating with senior leadership to advance a premier

Qualifications

• Experience leading water/wastewater projects or groups.
• Strong business development and client-relations skills.
• Knowledge of Maryland water market a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Maryland water/wastewater practice.
