You will translate company priorities into actionable operating plans, build durable systems, and lead high‑performing teams as the organization scales. Strong leadership, data‑driven decision making, and healthcare domain awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business operations, strategy, or similar roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable results.
• Strong quantitative and financial analysis capabilities; advanced Excel/Sheets modeling.

Responsibilities

• Set analytical agenda for access, supply, and network optimization to drive growth and efficiency.
• Lead portfolio of cross-functional launches, governance, milestones, and risk surface for decision-ready recommendations.
• Build repeatable program-management with playbooks, dashboards, and scalable processes.
• Oversee workforce planning, scheduling optimization, and performance metrics to sustain growth.
