Octave is a modern behavioral health practice providing high-quality, accessible therapy through in-person and virtual clinics. This role partners with the VP of Operations to translate strategy into prioritised operational work, leading a multidisciplinary team and driving measurable results.

Responsibilities include developing analytical frameworks for access, supply and network optimization, and governing a portfolio of launches and transformations while building workforce-planning

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business operations, strategy, or consulting.
• Proven track record in leading complex initiatives and building high-performing teams.
• Strong quantitative and financial acumen, with advanced Excel skills.
