Clinically AI is seeking a Director of Operations to build and lead the operational backbone for scalable growth. This role reports to the executive team and translates 2026 themes into processes, systems, and metrics spanning Engineering, Sales, Implementation, Support, and Marketing.

You will own operations end-to-end, design SOPs, establish dashboards, and drive cross-functional coordination on security, compliance, and go-to-market enablement as the company scales.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of leadership in business operations, revenue operations, or similar in SaaS.
• Own cross-functional programs across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Partner with founders or exec leadership on company-wide initiatives.
• Hands-on fluency with CRM, project tracking, docs, and analytics tools.
• Experience designing intake workflows, release processes, and handoffs.
• Comfort with SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO/IEC 42001 or similar compliance work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of SOPs and release notes.
• High ownership mindset; identify gaps and drive solutions.

• Translate exec priorities into clear processes, metrics, and workflows.
• Build cross-department operating rhythms to align priorities.
• Design and own company-wide SOPs for launches, deals, and reporting.
• Define leading/lagging indicators for teams and themes.
• Own end-to-end process for development escalations and risk.
• Drive release checklists with adoption goals across teams.
• Own CRM architecture and data handoffs between Sales, Finance, and Delivery.
• Build leadership dashboards for revenue, health, and funnel.
• Coordinate security/compliance programs (SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO).
• Collaborate with exec team on strategic initiatives and partnerships.
• Oversee ops tech stack and integrations; plan future hiring.
