Octave seeks a Sr. Product Manager, Payers to join our distributed Product team. You’ll drive payer-focused strategy, partnering with Business Development, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Client Success to deliver measurable impact and broaden access to Octave’s mental health services.

You will lead discovery, define roadmaps, and develop business cases that demonstrate ROI while aligning to payer and organizational goals. This is a high-impact role in a fast-growing, mission-driven company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management in a B2B or enterprise SaaS environment.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong client-facing experience translating feedback into product strategy.
