Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks an Operations and Integration Director (Engineering) in Roy, Utah. The role drives strategic planning, governance, and execution across the engineering organization, aligning with corporate objectives and ensuring delivery excellence.

The position requires a DoD Secret clearance, 25% travel, and a flexible schedule. Competitive relocation may be available as part of the package.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 10+ years of related experience.
10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, program execution, or engineering operations.
Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Active U.S. Government DoD Secret clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Partner with Engineering leadership to define, communicate, and execute priorities and organizational rhythm.
Own the engineering leadership operating calendar and ensure purposeful forums and outputs.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the engineering team and governance.
Develop dashboards for delivery, throughput, budgets, and attrition.
Drive continuous improvement in governance and reporting across engineering teams.
Support release planning, portfolio management, and prioritization.
