Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Manager 3 – Operations & Integration to lead high-visibility DoD programs, shaping strategy and execution across multiple projects. The role demands strong communication at the executive level and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time outcomes.

Responsibilities include driving operating rhythms, facilitating leadership meetings, managing risk, and delivering actionable data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years (or Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years) of related experience, OR a Master’s degree and 8 years (or Master of Science in STEM and 7 years) of related experience.
• Related experience includes project/program management, engineering, capture efforts, and business management related functions.
• Experience with Risk and Opportunity Management.
• Experience with EVMS / CAM, IMS, BOEs and cost-schedule-risk trade off management.
• Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive operating rhythms and cadences across the OU, including weekly status reports and executive-ready communications.
• Plan and facilitate productive staff meetings with focused agendas and analytics to support decision-making.
• Engage with employees and leaders at all levels to understand requirements and foster a positive team culture.
• Manage execution across the team with calendar integration, task tracking, and customer engagement coordination.
• Serve as the focal point for communication, planning, and collaboration for internal logistics and integrator activities.
• Lead cross-functional forums to surface issues, drive alignment, and resolve actions.
• Improve operational efficiency and identify bottlenecks to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee execution of key strategic projects with stakeholders and partnerships.
