Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations leadership experience in technical, industrial, or equipment-based business.
• Strong background in ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 quality systems.
• Experience managing labs, repair operations, or technical service environments.
• Experience leading an organization of 50+ employees across multiple leadership levels.
• Proven ability to scale operations and drive measurable performance improvements.
• Strong financial and operational analytics capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6+ direct reports and ~80 staff across labs, support, logistics, inventory, and service.
• Own daily operations across facilities, calibration labs, repair, customer support, shipping, and inventory management.
• Drive cycle time reduction, throughput, and asset utilization.
• Align operations with sales and product management to support revenue growth.
• Ensure equipment quality, order accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain ISO quality compliance and oversee calibration and repair processes.
• Own cost structure including labor, freight, and maintenance expenses.
• Lead AI and automation roadmap for Operations.
