Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the DC operations, including Transportation, Warehousing, facilities management, and QA, to support growth and service levels.

You will plan, organize, and manage projects with the training and tools needed, while coordinating with Corporate Ops Support to improve KPIs and drive continuous improvement across nationwide networks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in foodservice distribution, preferably QSR.
• Strong accounting, planning, and analytical skills.
• Experience with WMS and data systems; proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Ability to manage large DC and driver workforce.
• Excellent English reading and writing skills for procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation and warehousing departments.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies and KPIs.
• Coordinate with Corporate Operations Support on service levels.
• Communicate status of activities and align stakeholders.
• Oversee QA compliance and continuous improvement.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
