Goodwin Recruiting is representing a rapidly growing restaurant group seeking a Director of Operations to lead multi-location operations with a focus on hospitality, culture, and results.

You will oversee district managers, develop teams, ensure food safety and profit growth, and partner with leadership to drive guest experiences, with a strong base salary and generous bonus, medical, PTO, and retirement benefits.

Formación

• Outgoing, people-loving leader with a passion for team culture.

• 4+ years in Director+ role managing 20+ locations.
• Current Serv Safe Certification.
• Strong P&L management and budgeting experience.
• Experience creating and managing budgets.

• 4+ years of experience in a Director or above role with experience overseeing at least 20 locations!
• Current Serv Safe Certification!
• Expert financial profit and loss experience!
• Previous experience creating and managing budgets!
