Job summary

SitelogIQ seeks a Director of Operations to drive on-time, on-budget project execution with strong client satisfaction. You will lead and support the operations team, shaping regional performance across deliverables, timing, quality, and finances. Regional travel is typical and may extend to the entire state, up to 20% of the work week.

Ideal candidate holds a B.S. in a technical field with 10+ years in construction, and excels in communication, organization, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Construction or similar technical field.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign projects, expediting work results.
• Facilitate handoff of projects from development to delivery and upon completion.
• Communicate and validate expectations of partners, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Manage performance in a dynamic environment; adjust workloads and resources.
• Provide monthly feedback and alignment of financial commitments; address risks or opportunities.
• Verify PMs follow contracts, schedules of value, billing timely and collecting on work performed.
• Maintain workflow by studying methods; implement cost reductions; improve processes.
• Recommend process improvements and maintain records/control.
• Maintain professional knowledge via workshops, publications, networks, and societies.
• Offer guidance to PMs to become best in class.
