Job summary

SitelogIQ is seeking a Director of Operations to drive project execution on time and on budget with client satisfaction. You will lead the operations team, ensuring regional performance in deliverables, timing, quality, and financial outcomes. Travel is regional and may reach 20% of the week.

You will optimize processes, coordinate with partners and vendors, and guide Project Managers toward best-in-class performance while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance across Pennsylvania sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Construction or similar technical field.
• 10-years' experience in construction field preferred.
• Reliable, effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Technical aptitude and detail-oriented.
• Experience with building codes and construction testing services.
• Fluent with Procore and Microsoft Office programs.
• A valid driver's license is required for travel related to job duties.
• Must be able to pass Pennsylvania's strict background.

Responsibilities

• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning projects, expediting work results.
• Facilitate the successful handoff of projects from development to delivery.
• Communicate and validate expectations of partners, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Manage performance in a dynamic environment and adjust workloads of the PM team.
• Provide monthly feedback and alignment of financial commitments; address risks or opportunities.
• Verify PMs follow contracts and schedules, bill timely and collect on work performed.
• Maintain workflow by studying methods; implement cost reductions and process improvements.
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing publications.
• Offer guidance and opportunities to PMs to become best in class.
