Job summary

SitelogIQ is seeking a Director of Operations to drive successful project execution on time and on budget, while ensuring client satisfaction. The role provides leadership to the operations department and oversees regional performance, deliverables, timing, quality, and financial results.

Travel is typically regional and may extend across Pennsylvania, up to 20% of the work week. The position requires extensive coordination with project teams, partners, and vendors to optimize workflow and

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a technical field is required.
• 10+ years of construction or related field experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Technical aptitude and familiarity with construction codes and testing services.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign projects to complete operational requirements.
• Facilitate handoff from development to delivery and completion.
• Communicate and validate expectations with partners, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Manage performance of Project Management team and adjust workloads.
• Provide monthly feedback on financial commitments and address risks or opportunities in backlog.
• Ensure compliance with contractual agreements, schedules of value, and timely billing.
• Improve operational processes by analyzing practices and controls.
• Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and networks.
• Mentor Project Managers to raise performance to best-in-class level.
