Job summary

SitelogIQ is seeking a Project Management Leader to provide strategic and operational leadership for the PMO, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The role leads project management teams, standardizes delivery processes, and partners with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Accounting, and Performance Assurance to drive value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8-10+ years of equivalent experience in construction, energy services, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor Project Managers and staff to foster accountability and customer service.
• Provide strategic oversight of the project portfolio to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Establish standardized project management processes across planning, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Monitor schedules, resources, financial performance, forecasting, billing, and gross margin.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Accounting, and Performance Assurance teams.
• Ensure scopes, estimates, schedules, and execution strategies are technically accurate.
• Build strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements to increase productivity, reporting, and customer satisfaction.
• Promote safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Support growth through talent development and strategic initiatives.
• Promote ownership and compliance across the team.
