Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily venue operations across bar, events, and F&B teams to ensure guest readiness.
• Lead, train, and schedule staff; foster Level99 values and service standards.
• Partner with Events, F&B, Merchandise, and Entertainment teams to ensure smooth events.
• Monitor safety, compliance, and quality; manage inventory and costs.
• Support change management and communicate updates to the team.
