Level99 Paramus at Garden State Plaza in NJ is seeking an Assistant Director of Operations to ensure a best-in-class guest experience for nearly 500,000 visitors a year by managing daily operations of our 45,000 square foot entertainment and bar venue.

You will lead the operations and support center initiatives, supervise a 75+ person team, and partner with the on-site Director of Operations to drive hospitality excellence and store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of high-volume progressive growth in hospitality/entertainment/restaurant.
• Deep knowledge of hospitality/entertainment/restaurant operating systems (scheduling, COGS, invoicing).
• Strong guest-facing communication and service recovery skills.
• Team-first attitude with cross-level communication capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead beverage, entertainment and event day-to-day venue operations.
• Manage scheduling, training, compliance, standards and policies for operations team.
• Direct and develop 75+ staff, fostering exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee service quality, efficiency, guest satisfaction and financial metrics.
• Provide insight into Level99 playbooks and ensure standards are followed.
• Identify performance gaps and drive corrective measures with Director.
• Collaborate across departments for optimal venue results.
• Other duties as assigned.
