Job summary

Museum of Ice Cream seeks a Director of Operations to lead a multi-site operation across 50+ staff per location and 3–5 sites. You will drive strategy, develop talent, and ensure flawless guest experiences while maintaining financial discipline and brand standards.

You will partner with GMs and HQ to standardize systems, optimize labor and costs, and deliver exceptional hospitality and memorable guest moments. A strong background in F&B, HR and finance is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit management experience with 3–5 or more sites

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio level strategies to ensure MOIC hospitality excellence.
• Coach and develop general managers and site leaders; ensure coaching and accountability.
• Oversee budgeting, expenses, and P&L across units; manage labor, COGS and revenue targets.
• Standardize systems and processes across locations; collaborate with HQ/People team.
