Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing / fabrication, business administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years in manufacturing / fabrication, operations, or technical leadership, preferably medical devices.
• Experience managing multi-site manufacturing operations including fabrication and assembly.

Responsabilidades

• Lead new product introductions and transfers with key stakeholders.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and automation to improve efficiency.
• Oversee manufacturing and fabrications processes and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, CMS, HIPAA and other standards.
• Mentor and develop manufacturing/engineering teams.
