Hanger, Inc. seeks a Director of Technical Operations in Manufacturing & Fabrication to lead and optimize technical operations across multiple facilities. You will drive production efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance while overseeing engineering and fabrication teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing / fabrication, business administration, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead new product introductions and transfers from suppliers into facilities.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize manufacturing and fabrication efficiency.
- Lead technical operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and clinical teams to support development of O&P solutions.
- Oversee design, development, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
- Analyze production data to identify improvements and implement corrective actions.
- Drive Lean, Six Sigma and automation to enhance production efficiency.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure operational success.
