Job summary

Hanger, Inc. is seeking a proactive Operations Supervisor to oversee the orthotics/prosthetics fabrication and delivery process. You will coordinate resources, manage schedules, and drive production efficiency while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires a proven track record in manufacturing supervision, Lean Six Sigma credentials, and the ability to lead teams across departments to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in orthotics/prosthetics fabrication or manufacturing.
• Lean Six Sigma training or equivalent, Green Belt or higher preferred.
• Experience organizing resources, workflow, and safety in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate available resources to meet quality, production and financial objectives.
• Organize daily workflow to maximize productivity while maintaining quality.
• Schedule and expedite all work through the department.
• Recruit, hire, and develop department personnel.
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve processes to reduce waste.
