Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Director of Manufacturing to act as the operational backbone for end-to-end DC Equipment Fabrication & Assembly. You will drive integrated planning, reporting discipline, and cross-functional coordination to maintain schedule integrity, cost control, and visibility.

Qualifications

7+ years of program management experience in manufacturing or similar environments.
Experience managing 200+ resources across multiple shifts.
Strong proficiency with KPI/SLA frameworks, dashboards, and data-driven performance management.

Responsibilities

Integrated planning across fabrication, assembly, and logistics workstreams.
Establish and maintain KPI reporting cadences and dashboards.
Oversee workforce deployment and ramp planning with SOPs and safety standards.
Oversee production lifecycle: fabrication, assembly, testing, integration.
Lead governance reviews, escalation, and executive reporting.
Own phase-gate milestones within a master schedule.
Serve as operational liaison between governance, site leadership, and Ops managers.
Develop, validate, and version-control operational documentation.
