Hanger, Inc. seeks a capable operations leader to supervise the O&P fabrication team, coordinating resources, scheduling, and workflow to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality.

You will lead staffing, train personnel, and collaborate across Central Fabrication and clinics to ensure timely, accurate fabrication of devices. The role emphasizes strong problem solving, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in orthotics/prosthetics fabrication OR 7+ years in general manufacturing/fabrication.
• Preferred: BS in Business Administration, Production Operations; ABC registered technician preferred.
• Proven problem solving, organizational, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate resources to achieve quality, production and financial objectives.
• Organize daily workflow to maximize productivity while maintaining quality.
• Responsible for scheduling and expediting all work through the department.
• Order materials and components required to meet daily production schedule.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop department personnel.
• Facilitate communication between practitioners and technicians on technical issues.
• Build communications between Central Fabrication, customers, branches, and departments.
• Provide all pricing for work performed.
• Ensure a safe working environment and OSHA compliance.
• Create and distribute department reports and summaries.
• Adhere to administrative and financial policies; develop company spirit and teamwork.
