Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the full lifecycle delivery of large-scale technology construction programs across an assigned portfolio. You will report to the VP of Operations and own teams, client relationships, contract administration, and financial performance across multiple projects.

The role requires 10+ years in program management, strong leadership, and experience with GMP and cost-plus contracts. Travel is 50%+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in operational or program management overseeing large-scale power delivery and/or construction.
• 7+ years of direct people leadership managing multi-functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO operations across project executives and managers.
• Oversee contract structures, change management, and cost tracking.
• Manage financial reporting, billing documentation, and program cost analyses.
• Serve as the primary executive contact for key client accounts and communications.
