Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee day-to-day operations and partner with executive leadership to set policy and strategy.

You will lead project teams, develop plans, improve productivity, manage client interactions, and steer multiple operating units toward safe, cost-efficient project delivery across service territories. Travel up to 50% required. This is a senior role requiring extensive experience in power delivery operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in Operational Management overseeing major projects in power delivery.
• 5+ years’ experience managing employees.

Responsibilities

• Assists the VP of Operations and executives in long- and short-range planning, policy development and objectives.
• Develops project plans and leads teams to meet customer needs.
• Achieves optimum employee production through direct leadership of the organization.
• Interfaces with clients and leads client-focused teams to meet operational objectives.
• Directs department managers to achieve goals while following policies and safety procedures.
• Identifies and implements changes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
