Job summary

PalAmerican Security seeks a Director of Operations to lead multi-region security operations, elevate service quality, and drive strategic growth through disciplined execution, process discipline, and a strong client focus.

You will oversee budgets, contract negotiations, and performance metrics, mentor managers and staff, and ensure profitable, compliant operations while expanding the client base and strengthening partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a senior operations leadership role, ideally in the security industry or a related field.
• Experience in business development, contract negotiation, and budget management.
• Deep understanding of operational metrics and financial performance indicators.
• Strong leadership with a focus on coaching, developing, and motivating teams.
• Outstanding interpersonal and client service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operations software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across branch areas and ensure client expectations are exceeded.
• Lead efforts to acquire new business and expand the client portfolio; negotiate contracts.
• Analyze operational, financial, and service performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and profitability.
• Mentor and inspire a high-performing team of managers and staff.
• Act as the key contact for high-value clients and ensure PalAmerican Security is a trusted partner.
• Develop, manage, and oversee budgets in collaboration with senior leadership.
