Job summary

PalAmerican Security, a leading protective and security company, is seeking a Client Services Manager to supervise security staff, maintain client relationships, and ensure top-tier service delivery. You will recruit, hire, and train new staff and provide performance feedback.

You'll track KPIs with the Director of Operations, conduct site assessments and client visits, and oversee recruitment needs and client billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with one year experience or equivalent experience in security.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train new staff

• Ensure security officers are adequately prepared for their assignments
