Job summary

You will oversee budgets, contract negotiations, and performance metrics, mentor managers and staff, and ensure profitable, compliant operations while expanding the client base and strengthening partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a senior operations leadership role, ideally in the security industry or a related field.
• Experience in business development, contract negotiation, and budget management.
• Deep understanding of operational metrics and financial performance indicators.
• Strong leadership with a focus on coaching, developing, and motivating teams.
• Outstanding interpersonal and client service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operations software.
