Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Virginia Beach seeks a Director of Operations to lead operational strategy, oversee the Business Unit P&L, and drive performance across back-office teams in support of the Business Unit.

The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and problem-solving, aligning operational capabilities with business goals to deliver measurable results for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in operations leadership with P&L responsibility.
• Experience managing 10+ direct reports.
• Experience with major retail chains or consumer packaged goods.
• Strong strategic thinking and process development skills.

Responsibilities

• Research, validation and optimization of operations data from due diligence during M&A; develop business materials.
• Harness organization capabilities to drive programs while maintaining budgetary discipline; asset management.
• Build processes and infrastructure for scalable, profitable growth.
• Capture and manage data for forecasting, financials, retention, revenue per employee, YOY trends, and customer satisfaction.
• Improve service quality for one-to-one consumer interactions.
