Job summary

The Company is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the overall operational strategy and oversee the Business Unit P&L. This role drives budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and back-office accountability to achieve client-focused program execution.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, align operational capabilities with business goals, and drive measurable, profitable growth across North America. Mature leadership and strong strategic skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of general/leadership experience in an operations environment with P&L responsibility.
• Experience managing 10+ direct reports and teams.
• Experience with major retail chains or consumer packaged goods is a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking and process development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic leadership for the division, including merger/acquisition due diligence and growth initiatives.
• Harness operational capabilities to drive programs, budgets, and asset management.
• Build scalable processes and infrastructure for measurable growth and profitability.
• Capture and manage data on forecasting, financials, retention, revenue per employee, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee supervisory structure and guide both direct and indirect reports.
