Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in technical field experience and/or multi-regional project management.
• 3-5+ years of operations leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own operational and financial success of an entire function, market, or operational segment.
• Translate strategy into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Develop and implement scalable processes to support efficiency, quality, safety, and growth.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, profitability, cost control, and financial planning.
• Lead a team of project managers and program managers, focusing on people and performance.
