Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. in Wesley Chapel, FL seeks a Director of Business Operations to lead long-range planning for the hospice program and align operations with patient care goals.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, Education and Operations to ensure staffing, policies, and education support high-quality patient care, while overseeing office workflows and pre-billing processes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated finance experience and/or understanding, including budget forecasting and implementation of controls to monitor progress toward financial goals.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplinary lines in the market and within the agency, local and national levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee long-range planning for the hospice program and orchestrate expansion strategy.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to align staffing with patient care goals.
• Support Human Resources with promotions, retention and terminations in line with staffing matrices.
• Coordinate with Education to ensure staff and contractors understand hospice policies and competencies.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing in-service education initiatives for staff.
