Lab Alley, an alliance-backed, fast-growing e-commerce company, is seeking a Director of Operations in Austin to bridge execution and strategy. You will lead core teams across Supply Chain, Product, Production, Shipping, and Fulfillment, driving end-to-end efficiency, safety, and compliance to ensure on-time delivery to customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations experience in a high-growth environment.
• Multi-departmental leadership across product operations, supply chain, production, and shipping/fulfillment.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset with KPI tracking.
• Regulatory & quality standards commitment to safety and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication and executive reporting abilities, translating metrics into insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations & Cross-Functional Teams across Supply Chain, Product, Production, Shipping, and Fulfillment.
• Guarantee On-Time Delivery and customer satisfaction with safety, quality, and speed.
• Define strategy and operational excellence with the CEO and senior leadership.
• Partner on tech & process innovation; leverage SQL, Excel, and BI tools for insights.
• Foster cross-departmental synergy with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to drive growth.
