Job summary

Integrated Openings Solutions in Raleigh, NC seeks a Director of Operations to oversee field operations, service, installation, fabrication, and logistics. You will lead Operations Managers and frontline leaders, driving safety, financial performance, customer satisfaction and productive execution.

Register set processes, metrics, and workforce planning; collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Finance and Safety to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

8-10 years of progressive operations leadership experience.
Experience leading managers and multiple operational functions (field installation, service, production, warehouse, or logistics).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency with ERP, scheduling, project management, and reporting systems.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead division operations and develop Operations Managers, Supervisors, and frontline leaders.
Establish clear expectations, accountability, and consistent operating routines.
Ensure labor, equipment, materials, and resources are planned and deployed effectively.
Drive KPIs including labor utilization, overtime, backlog conversion, schedule performance, and productivity.
Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and operational costing.
Champion safety culture and OSHA compliance across teams.
Collaborate with Sales and Project Management to align backlog, commitments, manpower, and capacity.
