Runwise is seeking a Senior Director, Field Operations & Service Delivery to lead and scale our national field operations. You will oversee installation, service, commissioning, and field support across markets, building scalable operational systems and training programs. This leadership role drives rapid growth with consistent quality and service reliability.

Based in NYC area. You will collaborate with Customer Service, Logistics, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align field execution

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading field operations, service, or installation organizations.
• Experience scaling multi-market or national field teams.
• Background in HVAC, building systems, construction technology, energy systems, or hardware deployments preferred.
• Strong operational leadership and process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop installation, service, and commissioning teams across all markets.
• Design regional field coverage models and staffing strategies.
• Improve installation speed, quality, and consistency; reduce service revisit rates.
• Develop field training programs and certifications; establish installation standards.
