Job summary

Integrated Openings Solutions, LLC (IOS) in Raleigh, NC seeks a Senior Operations Leader to oversee division operations, field installation, and service. You will drive safety, financial performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction while building a disciplined operating environment.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Operations, you will lead managers and frontline teams, implement standardized processes, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

8-10 years of progressive operations leadership experience preferred.
Experience in Division 8 - Doors, Frames & Hardware, commercial construction, or related industry preferred.
Proven ability to develop leaders and build accountable, high-performing teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead division operations and develop Operations Managers, Supervisors, and frontline leaders.
Establish clear expectations, accountability, and consistent operating routines.
Ensure labor, equipment, materials, and resources are effectively planned and deployed.
Identify operational constraints, capacity issues, and execution risks and implement corrective actions.
Drive consistent execution of company policies, procedures, SOPs, and work rules.
Partner with Sales, Project Management, Finance, Safety, and other functional leaders to achieve objectives.
