Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
12+ years in manufacturing engineering, with multi-site leadership.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and large project portfolios.
Strong knowledge of automation, safety, and reliability systems.
Travel up to 75% and willingness to respond after hours.

Responsibilities

Set strategy and performance expectations for Operations Engineering.
Lead and develop the Engineering organization with safety and continuous improvement.
Manage plant-support projects from scope to benefits realization.
Drive maintenance standardization to increase reliability.
Apply disciplined problem solving and project management.
Collaborate with OEMs and vendors to resolve issues.
