Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Multi-Site Plant Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations across safety, quality, and production planning. You will guide teams, manage budgets, and drive cross-site improvements to meet customer needs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in operations leadership in manufacturing; Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen experience is preferred. Up to 50% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination with related plant management experience.
• Minimum 5 years in an operations supervisory/management role in manufacturing.
• Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day manufacturing operations across safety, quality and efficiency.
• Lead plant safety initiatives and safety training programs.
• Oversee production planning and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Develop and manage budgets; control plant costs.
• Drive continuous improvement using Operational Excellence tools.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service to maximize plant utilization.
• Travel up to 50% may be required.
