Graham Packaging Company seeks an experienced Plant Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency. You will direct personnel, drive process improvements, and manage budgets while ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and several years of manufacturing leadership, with Six Sigma/Lean experience highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience.
• Minimum five years in operations supervisory/management in manufacturing.
• Six Sigma/Lean experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and safety, quality, and customer service.
• Lead safety initiatives and training programs across the plant.
