The role requires strong financial discipline, team development, and client relationship management to sustain profitability and long-term success.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in the construction industry.
• Proven track record overseeing complex projects up to $35 million.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and full P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading teams and developing talent.
• Ability to win client relationships and grow business.
• Hands-on leader able to switch between strategy and field work.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure project execution, safety, schedule, and profitability.
• Mentor and develop staff, recruit future leaders, and foster accountability.
• Provide senior-level project oversight and manage complex projects when needed.
• Represent the company to clients, partners, and stakeholders to generate repeat business.
• Lead go/no-go evaluations and assess growth opportunities.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility and manage budgets to protect margins.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement processes to improve productivity and scalability.
