Job summary

Kimmel & Associates, Inc. seeks a Vice President of Operations to guide daily operations and drive improvements across project management, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, delivery, and installation.

Reporting to the President, this executive will shape systems to support sustainable growth and require strong hands-on leadership. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in engineered-to-order manufacturing, coordinating multiple departments to deliver complex projects profitably,

Qualifications

Significant leadership experience in project-driven manufacturing or similar.
Proven ability to lead multiple operational functions and drive profitability.
Strong understanding of engineered-to-order manufacturing and cross-department coordination.

Responsibilities

Align operations across PM, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, delivery and installation.
Improve project management processes from award to closeout focusing on scheduling and cost control.
Strengthen workflows between engineering and production and reduce rework from handoffs.
Increase throughput, capacity planning, and schedule reliability while protecting margins.
Lead ERP/system improvements to enhance visibility, accountability and decision-making.
