Responsibilities

• Monitor and report KPIs for your team, including financial performance and productivity.
• Review weekly statistics in key performance areas and drive actions to meet goals.
• Devise tailored solutions to increase efficiency and profitability across customers' supply chains.
• Generate innovative ideas to remove operational obstacles and improve team efficiency.
• Conduct regular Account Reviews with Client Sales to ensure goals are met.
• Manage execution of large departmental projects and transitions.
• Make strong, timely decisions when required.
