Job summary

Roadtex Transportation, now part of Echo Global Logistics, seeks a senior operations leader to steward multi-modal accounts and high-value freight execution. You will guide a team of operators, coordinate with sales leadership, and maintain service discipline across complex lanes.

Responsibilities include owning open board management, preparing QBR materials, and driving proactive problem resolution with cross-functional partners to sustain growth and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead customer-facing teams and protect account health.
• Strong coaching orientation to develop AE capabilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in high-stakes situations.
• Analytical mindset to assess account health and drive actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day freight execution as the execution lead for multiple complex accounts.
• Coordinate with Account Executives and Senior AEs on strategy and QBRs.
• Coach operators to maintain high service levels and reduce handoffs.
• Own open board management and ensure priority loads are visible and closed.
