Towne Park is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee a specific site(s) and deliver exceptional parking and hospitality experiences. You will drive financial performance, lead site leadership, and ensure compliance with policies while fostering a culture of high performance.

You will partner with client leadership and sales teams to pursue new business opportunities, manage budgets, and coordinate with hotel partners on capital projects and guest service excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership capabilities and the ability to manage teams to hit targets.
• Experience in operations management within service or hospitality sectors is preferred.
• Strong budgeting and financial forecasting skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
