Cornerstone Caregiving in Jackson, Mississippi seeks an autonomous Branch Director to lead this local operation with full corporate training and support. You will drive business growth, manage referrals, staffing, and in-home assessments while ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard new team members and ensure all shifts are properly staffed; monitor on-call coverage.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction through in-home assessments.
• Oversee office budget and profitability (P&L).
• Create and sustain a workplace culture that motivates and sets high standards.

Responsibilities

As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.

Business Development: Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.

Referral building: Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).

Staffing and Scheduling: Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.

In-home Assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.

Financial Management: Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
