Cornerstone Caregiving in Danville, VA is seeking a Director to lead this branch with autonomy and strong corporate support. You will manage operations, drive growth, and oversee client relations.

You will develop a local marketing plan, build referral networks with hospitals, hospices, and senior living communities, hire and onboard staff, and ensure shifts are properly staffed while maintaining high service standards.

• Develop and execute a marketing plan to position Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire, onboard, and staff all shifts; monitor on-call coverage.
• Perform in-home assessments and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget and profitability reporting.
• Foster an engaging, high-performance culture within the territory.

Company Overview:

Cornerstone Caregiving is the largest privately owned in-home care company. With a focus on giving our seniors the option to age in place, we are seeking out an elite leader to spearhead the growth of this branch. This is an existing location!

Responsibilities:

As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.

Business Development:Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.

Referral building:Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).

Staffing and Scheduling:Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.

In-home Assessments:Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.

Financial Management:Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.

Cultivating Culture:Creating the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, setting the tone of your team morale.
