Job summary

USA Clinics Group in Northbrook, IL seeks a Director of Revenue Cycle Management to provide strategic leadership across the revenue cycle, driving performance, AI adoption, and automation initiatives.

The role leads process improvement, develops dashboards, and standardizes workflows to optimize financial outcomes while partnering with leadership on strategic initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site position in Northbrook.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years healthcare revenue cycle experience, with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Knowledge of medical billing, coding, collections, payer contracting, denials management, and reimbursement methodologies.
• Proven track record improving revenue cycle KPIs (Days in A/R, denial rates, collections).
• Experience leading large-scale operational improvement or transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily revenue cycle operations including billing, collections, denial management, claims follow-up, and account resolution.
• Monitor team productivity and revenue cycle KPIs to ensure targets are met.
• Analyze payer trends, denials, aging, and reimbursement opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, work queues, and scorecards.
• Standardize processes, maintain SOPs, and drive operational improvements.
• Train team on best practices, new technologies, and workflow enhancements.
• Partner with the Director to execute strategic initiatives and performance projects.
• AI & Automation: implement AI tools to categorize denials, automate reports, and improve dashboards.
