Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead multiple high-volume hospitality venues in Nashville. This hands-on leadership role oversees upscale dining, high-volume restaurant/bar, live entertainment, and nightlife operations.

The ideal candidate brings multi-unit leadership, financial discipline, and a proven ability to develop General Managers while upholding exceptional standards across diverse operating environments.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive multi-unit restaurant or hospitality leadership.
  • Proven experience directly leading General Managers.
  • Strong high-volume restaurant operations background.
  • Experience with upscale/fine dining and high-volume entertainment or nightlife concepts strongly preferred.
  • Multi-location P&L ownership and strong financial acumen.
  • Track record of developing leaders and improving operating performance.
  • Experience with complex, multi-revenue-stream hospitality operations.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to work closely with senior leadership and ownership.
  • Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
