Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd in Nashville is partnering with an exciting multi-concept hospitality operation to appoint a General Manager who will oversee the full property and ensure a cohesive guest experience across three concepts, from upscale dining to an energetic, music-driven setting.

You will lead day-to-day operations, guide a large hospitality team, and work with culinary and beverage leaders to drive profitability, service standards, and guest loyalty while preserving each concept’s unique

We’re partnered with an exciting multi-concept hospitality operation in Nashville looking for a General Manager to oversee the full property.

This is a unique opportunity to lead multiple concepts under one roof - from upscale-casual dining and elevated cocktails to a lively, music-driven restaurant with a steakhouse-inspired menu.

You’ll oversee the teams, operations, and overall guest experience across the property, making sure each concept feels unique while maintaining a consistently high level of hospitality.
