Job summary

VytlOne is seeking a Director of Operational Performance to lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive efficiency and growth. You will own QBR processes, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration to align operations with executive goals.

You will guide change initiatives, manage resources, and ensure reporting accuracy while fostering a culture of continuous improvement across health-system pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, pharmacy, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA) preferred.
• Proven experience in operational strategy, performance management, or a similar role, preferably in a leadership capacity.
• Experience in change management and organizational transformation and familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of operational strategies that align with the health system’s long-term goals.
• Design, develop, and manage the QBR process to evaluate business performance and prepare reports.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and other metrics to measure efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
• Identify areas for operational improvement for health system’s pharmacy operations and drive initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to align operational activities with strategic goals.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools for performance visibility.
